How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Reversify and tap Cancel Subscription.
Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, choose Reversify and tap Cancel subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or the free trial) to avoid being charged for the next one.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Reversify and tap Restore on the subscription screen (on iPhone also in Settings). Use the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with.
How do I get a refund?
Payments are handled by the store. On iPhone, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, see Google Play refunds.
Using the app
The app can’t record.
Make sure microphone access is allowed. iPhone: Settings → Reversify → Microphone. Android: Settings → Apps → Reversify → Permissions → Microphone → Allow.
Where are my recordings stored?
Only on your device. We never upload them. Deleting the app deletes your recordings.
How is the Reverse Challenge score calculated?
Your attempt is flipped back and compared with the original phrase on your phone. The percentage shows how similar the two sound – it’s a fun guide, not a scientific measurement.
